Booking and Confirmation:

• A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to confirm the DJ services for the specified date and time.

• The deposit should be paid as soon as possible to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is due before the event, either on or before the event day, as outlined in the contract.

Fee and Charges:

• The DJ services are offered at an hourly rate, with a minimum charge of 3 hours per event.

• Any additional hours beyond the agreed-upon duration will be charged at the hourly rate specified in the contract.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In the event of cancellation, the client must provide written notice to the DJ at the earliest opportunity.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event day may result in a total loss of the deposit

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges, as determined by the DJ.

Performance and Equipment:

• The DJ will make every effort to arrive and set up at the agreed-upon time, ensuring a seamless performance.

• The DJ will provide their own equipment, including sound systems, microphones, and lighting unless otherwise specified.

• The client is responsible for providing a safe and suitable performance area, including power outlets and adequate space for equipment setup.

Music Selection and Requests:

• The client may provide a list of preferred songs or genres, as well as a "do not play" list, in advance.

• The DJ will make reasonable efforts to accommodate music requests during the event, keeping in mind the overall atmosphere and client preferences.

Liability and Damages:

• The DJ is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by guests or other individuals at the event.

• The client is responsible for any damages to the DJ's equipment or property caused by guests or other individuals during the event.

Force Majeure:

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or severe illness, the DJ may be unable to perform as scheduled.

• In such cases, the DJ will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable replacement or offer a refund of the deposit.

Agreement and Jurisdiction:

• By booking the DJ services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract.

• Any disputes arising from the contract will be subject to the jurisdiction and laws of the location where the event takes place.
